Lead by example, Coach in the moment, continually teach and preach our standards, and be willing to lead and make work fun!

Shift Supervisors with a minimum of 1 years of restaurant experience.

A.The Shift Supervisors are responsible for the overall shift-level operations, guest experience, resolving any conflict and issue, and the sales performance and execution of brand excellence in the store.

B.Responsible for assisting in the growth of sales and profit of the store. In the absence of the Manager , the Shift Supervisor effectively is the store leader.

C.Ensure that the store's appearance and team member's performance are upheld to company standard, and food quality and services are being executed per company standard.

D.Responsible for consistently educating and engaging the community and store guests on Layne's Chicken Finger products and services.

E. Responsible for opening and or closing the store efficiently.

You must have reliable transportation to and from work, and must be able to lift 30-50 lbs regularly, to stand, bend, reach and scoop for a long time.

Valid SERVSAFE required and if you are hired we will assist with obtaining one.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
