• Assist in setting up dining areas, resetting tables quickly after guests leave, and maintaining a tidy environment
• Address customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Support team members during busy periods by helping with tasks such as refilling supplies or clearing tables
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to uphold health standards and ensure a safe dining experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
