Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to optimize flow and comfort
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations to uphold hygiene standards
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns with a positive attitude, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
• Assist in setting up dining areas before service and closing down after hours, including cleaning and restocking supplies
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members to deliver exceptional service during busy hours, supporting a lively and welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that engages guests positively
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach to assisting colleagues during busy periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new team members

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $26.59 per hour
