- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate restaurant staff (waitstaff, hosts, kitchen).
- Operations Oversight: Supervise daily service, coordinate front and back-of-house, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Customer Service: Address complaints, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high service standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor food preparation, presentation, and storage to meet health/safety standards.
- Inventory & Supplies: Manage stock levels, order supplies, and control costs.
- Financials: Handle cash, manage daily reports, and contribute to profit goals.
- Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
