Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining service standards, and supporting the restaurant management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily floor operations and staff performance
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and punctuality
  • Assist in staff training and development
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for smooth service flow
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages
  • Support management in achieving sales targets and controlling costs
  • Prepare basic reports when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexible with duty timings and willing to relocate if required
  • Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
