- Staff Management: Interview, train, and mentor staff. Create shift schedules, delegate daily tasks, and monitor performance.
- Customer Service: Welcome guests, monitor table turnover, and check on diners to ensure satisfaction. Actively handle and resolve any customer feedback or complaints.
- Quality & Safety Control: Enforce compliance with local health regulations and food safety standards. Conduct regular kitchen and dining area sanitation inspections.
- Operations & Inventory: Monitor food and beverage stock levels, restock supplies, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Financial Duties: Manage cash drawers, process payments, and assist management in reducing operational costs and minimizing waste
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
