Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and energetic F&B Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, support event management activities, and assist in café operations including coffee preparation and cashiering.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant and café operations.

* Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

* Handle opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.

* Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other café products.

* Train and guide service staff on food service standards and customer care.

* Manage reservations, customer inquiries, and guest complaints professionally.

* Coordinate and support indoor and outdoor catering events.

* Assist in event planning, setup, execution, and post-event activities.

* Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.

* Handle cashiering duties, billing, POS transactions, and daily cash reconciliation.

* Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock requirements with management.

* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations.

* Prepare daily operational reports and communicate updates to management.

* Support sales initiatives and promote restaurant offerings to increase revenue.

* Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and service teams.

* Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance standards.

Requirements

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, or Senior Barista.

* Hands-on experience in coffee preparation and café operations.

* Experience handling cashiering and POS systems.

* Experience managing events, catering functions, or private gatherings is an advantage.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
