Restaurant Supervisor (FEMALE) required for mandi restaurant in Dubai with minimum 4 years of experience
- To ensure the dressing, appearance and presentation of the restaurant throughout service is of a consistently high standard and that excellent levels of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times.
- To ensure the restaurant operation (opening, closing, service and security) is operated in line with procedures and any other written and verbal communications.
- Collaborate with managers to review all employee performance and provide training to increase overall performance and monitor all guest requests efficiently to achieve all customer objectives.
- To ensure all restaurant storage, service and work areas are consistently clean and tidy and that the appropriate documentation is maintained.
- To prepare, schedule and execute weekly rota for the restaurant floor team, ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources.
- Working with the Restaurant manager, to ensure that appropriate planning and preparation is undertaken for seasons and events.
- To ensure new staff are inducted and all service staffs are trained in their role and to assist in the ongoing training and development.
- Actively find ways to lower operation costs while expanding the customer base
- Tagalog speaking candidates will be preferred.
