Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor (Only Female)

Location: KAF Cafe, Dubai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at KAF Cafe. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and maintain high standards of service and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
• Lead and manage front-of-house staff (waiters, baristas, hosts)
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Assist in staff training and development
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management
• Support management in achieving sales targets and operational goals

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Previous UAE experience as a Restaurant Supervisor
• should be a Female
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Well-presented and professional appearance
• Flexible with working shifts

Preferred:

• Experience in cafes or specialty coffee environment
• Basic knowledge of coffee and beverages
