Our restaurant in Medina is looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our growing team.

Mandatory Experience Requirement

Candidates must have prior working experience in one of the following restaurants in Medina:

• Jameel Restaurant
• Mehran Restaurant
• Tabaq Restaurant
• Kabab Jee Restaurant
• Haiderabad Restaurant

Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years of restaurant supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• Excellent customer handling and communication abilities
• Experience in managing staff, shifts, and daily operations
• Knowledge of food hygiene and service standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant floor operations
• Ensure excellent customer service standards
• Manage staff attendance, discipline, and performance
• Coordinate with kitchen and management teams
• Resolve guest complaints professionally
• Maintain operational efficiency and cleanliness standards
