Restaurant Supervisor – Sterling Restaurants

Sterling Restaurants is one of Qatar’s oldest restaurant operators with 40+ years in the market. Runs global franchises like Pizza Hut, Fuddruckers, Coffee Beanery, Bennigan’s, and more. Strong focus on mass-market dining and food chains.

Job Description:

1. Restaurant Operations Management

Supervise daily restaurant floor operations (opening → closing)

Ensure smooth service flow during peak hours

Coordinate between kitchen, cashier, and service staff

Monitor table turnover and guest waiting time

2. Staff Supervision

Manage waiters, cashiers, and kitchen assistants

Assign daily duties and shift schedules

Train new staff on service standards

Monitor staff discipline, grooming, and performance

3. Customer Service & Guest Handling

Handle customer complaints and solve issues quickly

Ensure high guest satisfaction and service quality

Maintain brand standards (Pizza Hut, Bennigan’s, etc.)

4. Cash & Sales Control

Monitor POS transactions and daily sales reports

Ensure correct billing and cash handling procedures

Prevent losses, wastage, and errors

5. Reporting & Coordination

Report daily operations to Restaurant Manager

Track inventory usage and stock issues

Coordinate with HR and procurement when needed

6. Hygiene & Compliance

Ensure food safety (HACCP standards)

Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas

Follow company health & safety rules

Requirements:

Diploma or high school + restaurant experience

2–5 years experience in F&B industry (required in most cases)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to handle fast-paced operations

Basic English (Arabic is a plus)

Pay: From QAR5,500.00 per month
