to strengthen our operations and scale our systems.
Position Overview
We’re hiring a
Restaurant Supply Chain & Project Manager
to oversee procurement, vendor management, logistics, third-party delivery, catering systems, and key projects that support operational excellence across our restaurants. Reporting to the CEO/COO, this role ensures our kitchens run smoothly, our vendors are reliable, and our supply chain is optimized to support expansion. Based in Florida (Miami preferred), with travel to restaurants as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management:
Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and distribution for 10+ units, ensuring consistent product availability and quality.

Vendor Partnerships:
Negotiate contracts, maintain strong supplier relationships, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Logistics & Distribution:
Implement systems for efficient deliveries, reduce waste, and optimize cold chain management.

3rd-Party Delivery Optimization:
Manage and optimize platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other delivery partners to maximize sales, streamline operations, and ensure accurate execution.

Catering & Billing Systems:
Manage and optimize catering platforms and billing systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience.

Menu Support:
Work with culinary and marketing teams on new product launches, ensuring supply readiness and sourcing of fresh, sustainable ingredients.

Project Management:
Lead operational projects (new restaurant openings, equipment rollouts, technology upgrades) from planning to execution.

Data & Analytics:
Track KPIs such as food costs, order accuracy, fulfillment efficiency, and delivery performance, using insights to improve results.

Compliance:
Ensure food safety standards and regulatory requirements are met across the supply chain.

Restaurant 365:
Manage Restaurant 365 and work with Accounting and Inventory teams to ensure all is current and optimized across the chain.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in restaurant supply chain management, procurement, or operations (multi-unit experience preferred).

Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Proven ability to negotiate vendor contracts and manage supplier relationships.

Experience in food safety, cold chain logistics, and restaurant compliance standards.

Familiarity with managing and optimizing 3rd-party delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.).

Experience with catering platforms and billing systems management.

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Proficiency with inventory management software and project management tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.
