Restaurant Support Staff

Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Support Staff member, where your energy and enthusiasm help create an exceptional dining experience for every guest. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of the front-of-house flow. You primarily will be supporting servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service. From welcoming guests to delivering food and maintaining a polished dining environment, you’ll play a key role in shaping a fun, engaging atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude and assist with seating and waitlist management
  • Support the host stand by coordinating reservations and maintaining an organized flow of guests
  • Run food from the kitchen to tables efficiently while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
  • Act as an expo liaison by communicating clearly between the kitchen and front-of-house team
  • Buss and reset tables quickly to maintain a clean, inviting dining environment
  • Assist servers and bartenders with guest needs to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, service stations, and restrooms
  • Anticipate guest needs and contribute to a positive, memorable dining experience
  • Work collaboratively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to keep operations running smoothly

Experience

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required, we’re happy to train motivated individuals
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent guest service
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
