Job Summary

KOSHO by Tabu is an elevated Japanese Izakaya serving shareable plates, shabu shabu (Japanese hot pot), and craft cocktails in the vibrant SOBRO area of Downtown Nashville!

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to fill various positions within our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where you can showcase your skills and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. All positions are available, from front-of-house roles such as servers and hosts to back-of-house positions like cooks and dishwashers.

Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic newcomers!
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A passion for food, service, and creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $5.00 - $22.00 per hour
