Chick-fil-A is currently hiring dependable, personable, high-performing team members across our Garner Towne Square and White Oak Crossing locations.

Current Hiring Priorities

• Back of House (Kitchen): Opening & Closing Shifts – HIGHEST NEED
• Front of House (Guest Services): Experienced candidates for Morning, Daytime, and Mid Shifts

Current Shift Availability NeedsOpening Shifts (BOH Priority)

6:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM

Mid/Day Shifts (FOH Priority – Experience Preferred)

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
11:00 AM – 7:00/8:00 PM

Closing Shifts (BOH Priority)

Start times between 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
End of shift approximately 11:00 PM

• Team members must be available to consistently work most Fridays and Saturdays
• High school applicants must be able to work at least one weeknight closing shift and Fridays/Saturdays

Primary Hiring Need — Opening & Closing Shifts

• Prepare and cook food with accuracy and consistency
• Follow Chick-fil-A food safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment
• Support production goals during high-volume periods

Front of House (Cashier / Guest Services)

Daytime & Mid-Shift — Experience Preferred

• Provide professional, friendly guest service
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Support drive-thru and front counter operations
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
