Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following safety and sanitation standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
• Upsell menu items to enhance sales and maximize customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring food safety standards are met
• Assist with food handling, packaging, and quick service to keep the restaurant running smoothly
• Manage cash register transactions accurately while handling cash and credit payments with integrity

Skills

• Experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurant environments
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent time management in a fast-paced setting
• Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry is highly desirable but not needed
• Capable of performing cashiering duties including cash handling and basic math calculations

Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
