Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha or Micros.
• Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handle cash transactions, and manage POS operations smoothly.
• Support food service activities including bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining sanitation standards.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations.
• Follow proper food safety procedures and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quick service delivery and a positive dining experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and retail math tasks.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and good communication abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting while managing time efficiently.
• Experience with culinary tasks or kitchen operations is a plus but not mandatory.
