Server Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Server Assistant to support our waitstaff and ensure excellent guest service. This position works mainly behind the bar, assisting servers with their needs and maintaining smooth service operations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve soft drinks, lemonade, and juices to servers for guest tables.
• Prepare and serve regular and decaf coffee.
• Clean and restock cups, glasses, and silverware.
• Assist with bar support tasks to ensure servers have what they need during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Communicate effectively with servers and the bar team to provide fast, friendly service.

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Availability to work Friday through Sunday and on holidays.
• Flexibility to work evenings as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $9.00 per hour
