The Role

This is a full-time, on-site Restaurants Operations Manager role based in Jeddah. You'll oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant brands, ensuring consistent service quality, food safety, and guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.

What you'll own:

  • Day-to-day operational oversight across multiple brands and units, holding every location to consistent, high standards
  • Restaurant team management — scheduling, performance, and accountability
  • P&L performance — monitoring sales, controlling food and labor costs, and protecting margins to hit operational and financial targets
  • Cross-functional coordination with culinary, supply chain, and marketing teams to support menu execution, promotions, and brand standards
  • Elevating the guest experience toward fine-dining standards in service, consistency, and quality
  • Continuous improvement in processes, training, and guest experience
  • Support for new openings and expansion plans as the group grows
What We're Looking For
  • Multi-unit restaurant operations expertise — shift management, daily store-performance monitoring, and oversight across several locations
  • Strong F&B background with fine-dining experience highly valued, alongside fast-casual, upscale dining, or cloud-kitchen exposure
  • Team leadership — hiring, training, coaching, and performance management in a hospitality or F&B environment
  • Financial acumen — cost control, inventory management, P&L review, budgeting, and KPI tracking
  • Food safety and compliance — solid knowledge of health and hygiene standards (SFDA , HACCP, ISO 22000 and Baladi) and a track record of quality assurance
  • Guest relations — handling feedback, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing the overall dining experience
  • Operational planning and problem-solving — prioritizing, implementing process improvements, and managing peak service periods
  • Communication and collaboration across culinary, marketing, and supply chain teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluency in English; Arabic skills and familiarity with the Saudi F&B market are strong advantages
