We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Chain Manager who can efficiently manage and scale multiple restaurant brands. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in operating restaurant chains with consistent quality and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant outlets
- Ensure brand standards, food quality, and service consistency across all locations
- Manage and train restaurant managers and staff
- Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and profitability
- Implement SOPs and operational improvements
- Handle vendor management, supply chain, and procurement
- Lead expansion plans and launch new outlets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing restaurant chains or multiple outlets
- Strong operational and people management skills
- Ability to run and grow brands successfully
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Financial understanding of P&L, costing, and budgeting
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
