About the Role
Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Warehouse Worker to join our Replenishment Department. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory flow, ensuring active stock levels are replenished efficiently to support order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish inventory locations with active cases to support order picking operations.
• Use warehouse management systems (RF Scanner/Android Device) to restock inventory accurately.
• Inspect restocking equipment and report issues to leadership.
• Stack and stage cartons on appropriate levels to maintain inventory flow.
• Ensure accurate placement of items in designated storage locations.
• Label and tag inventory correctly for tracking and retrieval.
• Follow quality control and safety procedures to prevent errors and accidents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within restocking zones.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics or warehouse settings preferred.
• High attention to detail and task focus.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
