Restoration Certified Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dubai Municipality Concrete Restoration Certified Engineer to lead conservation and adaptive reuse of historically significant structures across Dubai.

Key responsibilities

Conduct structural assessments and engineering surveys of buildings

Develop restoration plans and BOQs compliant with UAE codes and ICOMOS standards

Supervise on-site works and ensure quality control of authentic materials

Requirements

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil or Structural Engineering; conservation diploma preferred

Licensed by Dubai Municipality (Engineering Profession)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM; structural analysis software

Fluent English; Arabic proficiency preferred
