The Role:

As a Restoration Claims Specialist/Adjuster Liaison, you are the financial bridge between our technical field operations and the insurance carriers. You aren't just an "order taker"—you are a technical advocate. Your mission is to audit field documentation, build precise Xactimate invoices, and negotiate with adjusters to ensure our work is billed accurately and paid promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit & Estimate: Review field paperwork, moisture logs, and photos to craft comprehensive, IICRC-compliant Xactimate estimates.

Negotiation & Advocacy: Proactively communicate with Insurance Adjusters to defend line items, resolve discrepancies, and minimize "slash-and-burn" revisions.

Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the claim lifecycle from initial submission to final payment confirmation.

Compliance & Standards: Ensure all documentation meets S500 standards and carrier-specific requirements to prevent delays.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Field Technicians and Coordinators to bridge any gaps in documentation or project scope.

What We’re Looking For:

Xactimate Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience writing and negotiating mitigation estimates.

IICRC Knowledge: A strong understanding of Water Damage Restoration standards (IICRC S500). Certifications are a major plus.

The "Closer" Mindset: You possess the professional diplomacy to handle skeptical adjusters and the persistence to push claims through the pipeline.

Urgency & Precision: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where "attention to detail" directly impacts the bottom line.

Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in restoration management software (Dash, Encircle, or similar) is highly preferred.
