Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Restoration Technicians. This role involves performing demolition and restoration work, primarily focusing on water damage and remediation. You will start each day at the office before traveling to various job sites to complete projects. This is a hands-on position that requires proficiency with tools, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, restoration, carpentry, general labor, or related trades (residential or commercial).
• Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
• Ability to perform demolition work safely and efficiently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to be on call one week per month.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Interest in a long-term career with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform demolition and restoration work with a focus on water damage and remediation.
• Travel to different job sites daily, starting from the office each morning.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Work collaboratively with a team to complete tasks efficiently.
• Be available on call one week per month for emergency restoration needs.
