Restorative Aide Responsibilities:

• Safely lifting, moving and transferring residents as required.
• Feeding or assisting residents with eating or drinking as necessary.
• Timely responding to call lights.
• Monitoring changes in resident health and reporting changes to the charge nurse.

Qualifications:

• Nursing Assistance Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Highly developed observation skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills needed
