Indigo Heights Hotel is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and professional F&B Service Staff (Waiters & Order Takers) to join our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Present menus and explain menu items, promotions, and specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams for smooth operations.
- Process bills and assist guests during checkout when required.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards at all times.
- Receive and process dine-in, room service, and takeaway orders.
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items and services.
- Handle guest calls professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor order status and resolve service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate order records and billing information.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, or café.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts.
- Knowledge of food service standards and hospitality etiquette.
