Job Description

Terratern Pvt Ltd is hiring a Content Writer – Resume Specialist to join our growing team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone with a passion for writing and helping individuals build compelling professional profiles that stand out in the global job market.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit professional resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles tailored to individual clients.
• Analyze client backgrounds to craft personalized and impactful career documents aligned with specific industries and job roles.
• Ensure content is grammatically sound, concise, keyword-optimized, and ATS-friendly.
• Research industry trends and job descriptions to align content with current hiring practices.
• Collaborate closely with the career consulting and visa teams to understand client goals and timelines.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of content quality and client satisfaction.
  
  

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in resume writing, content writing, or a related field.
• Strong ability to use AI tools (including ChatGPT) for content generation, research, and workflow automation
• Exceptional English writing and editing skills.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume optimization strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Must be available to work from our Bangalore office (WFO only).
