As part of the team, you will assist in ensuring the smooth running of the store by managing routine tasks, supporting different retail functions, and providing a reliable point of contact for both the team and clients.

This role is ideal for an Emirati candidate looking to start or grow a career in retail within an international luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support store management with administrative and back-office tasks.
  • Assist in handling customer enquiries (phone, email, in-store) and directing them to the right team member.
  • Coordinate with support functions (care and repair, aftercare, customer service) and share updates with the team.
  • Help with stock transfers and updating records on the system.
  • Support the team with aftercare and repairs by keeping clients updated and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Assist in maintaining trackers for appointments, customer service cases, and store reports.
  • Provide general office support such as stationery requests, uniform lists, and staff purchase records.
  • Support the team during peak trade periods, including some weekends (e.g., December and June).
Skills & Attributes
  • 1+ years of experience in retail is preferred.
  • Good computer, numeracy, and literacy skills.
  • Basic knowledge of retail or administration is an advantage, but training will be provided.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and willingness to learn.
  • Positive and adaptable, especially during busy times.
  • Reliable team player with good time management.
  • Professional personal appearance.
