Specialty Sales Associate (Shoes & Orthotics)

We’re hiring a Sales Associate for a unique role that blends retail and medical sales, working with customers on footwear, custom orthotics, and insurance-based orders.

Paid training, hourly pay, plus commission and bonuses - no medical experience needed to get started.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance:

• Our business hours are consistent at 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Closed on Sundays for a guaranteed day, plus one additional day off throughout the week

This role combines retail sales, patient care, and administrative work, perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy and making true impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales of shoes and custom orthotics through product recommendations and education
• Explain the benefits of orthotics and confidently guide customers to purchase
• Fit customers for footwear and orthotic solutions based on their needs
• Assist diabetic patients with insurance-based orders
• Handle basic documentation and insurance information (training provided)
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
