Retail and Office associate

Spartan Pools is looking to add to the team! Since 1961 Spartan Pools has been a recognized leader in the swimming pool industry. We have a lot of fun during our peak season April - November which tends to be our busiest time of year.

The great part about working in a small business is the friendly relationships you’ll build with customers and co-workers. Office duties would include:

  • Billing customer accounts
  • Organizing the accounts payables and accounts receivables and monitoring the success of both.
  • Working with vendors on warranty claims, invoice discrepancies, and any delayed shipments.
  • Receiving inventory into the system and helping in maintaining accuracy
  • Assisting with Purchase Order input
  • Assisting with inputting service and job notes into the computer system
  • Answering phones to assist customers

Retail sales duties would include:

  • Conducting water tests
  • Cashier
  • Assisting customers with their pool and spa needs
  • Sales of pools, spas, chemicals, and general merchandise
  • Helping maintain retail cleanliness

Skills required:

  • Attentive to details
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Microsoft Office
  • Follow procedures
  • Problem solving

Sales bonuses available for the sale of Aboveground pools and spas.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
