We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee and drive the performance of multiple retail stores within an assigned area. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for retail operations, sales growth, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, VM guidelines, and SOPs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels, shrinkage, and stock accuracy.
  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze sales and operational reports and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with HR, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing teams.
  • Handle escalations related to customer service or store operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of retail experience , with multi-store management exposure .
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, POS systems, and retail reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
