We are looking for an experienced
Area Manager
to oversee and drive the performance of multiple retail stores within an assigned area. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for retail operations, sales growth, and team development.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores.

Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of targets and KPIs.

Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, VM guidelines, and SOPs.

Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.

Monitor inventory levels, shrinkage, and stock accuracy.

Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.

Analyze sales and operational reports and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with HR, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing teams.

Handle escalations related to customer service or store operations.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.

5+ years of retail experience
, with
multi-store management exposure
.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
-
Proficiency in MS Excel, POS systems, and retail reporting tools.
-
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
