Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations for multiple luxury stores, ensuring a "white-glove" sensory experience that exceeds international standards.
- Visual & Sensory Standards: Maintain impeccable visual merchandising that aligns with the "apothecary-chic" and "luxury" aesthetic.
- Team Leadership: Recruit and mentor a diverse team of specialists, training them in advanced fragrance storytelling and VIP clienteling.
- Commercial Growth: Drive KPIs and sales performance while maintaining the brand's prestigious, exclusive image.
The Ideal Profile
- Brand Background: Minimum 7+ years in multi-unit management for International European heritage brands (specifically those focusing on skincare, perfumery, or Provence-inspired retail).
- Expertise: Deep understanding of the "Sensory Retail" model—moving beyond simple sales to creating a lifestyle experience for the customer.
- Professional Presence: An exceptionally polished, international corporate image suitable for interacting with Royal Family members and VIP clientele.
- Language Mastery: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in French or another European language is highly preferred, as it aligns with our international expansion and principal communication style.
- Market Knowledge: Proven track record in the UAE luxury sector, specifically within Tier-1 malls (Dubai Mall, Galleria, etc.).
