Retail Store Manager

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow within the company.

Strong leadership skills, time management, math and customer service skills are essential. Ability to prioritize tasks as well as balance tasks while continuing to deliver outstanding customer service is a must.

Store manager duties and responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

Delivering excellent customer service

Loss prevention

Scheduling

Daily paperwork

Payroll

Goal Setting

Maintaining and verifying inventory counts

In-slipping and out-slipping products

Merchandising

Maintaining the stores appearance and performing all functions of store. Taking calls from associates as needed. Covering shifts as needed possibly resulting in overtime. Leading by example.

Reliable vehicle and valid drivers license are a must.

Store Managers are eligible for Quarterly Sales Bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.75 per hour
