Allure Intimate Apparel specializes in bra fittings, sleepwear, lingerie and shape wear. We help our customers of every shape and every size feel BEAUTIFUL! We are seeking a Retail Store Assistant Manager to become an integral part of our team in Southlake, TX. You will be responsible for selling products, managing staff, merchandising and providing customer services in a professional and warm retail setting. The ideal candidate likes working with all kinds of people, enjoys helping people feel good about themselves, wants a rewarding sales job and works well as a team.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Sales Management
- Explain products and provide accurate bra fittings

Train staff

Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock

Enter and process customer orders

Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Uphold Allure's gold standard in customer service
- Merchandising
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to build rapport with customers and employees

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
