We’re looking for someone who loves people, beautiful spaces, and knows their way around social media beyond just posting a selfie.
This role blends day-to-day retail responsibilities with hands-on support in creating and capturing content that reflects the heart of our stores.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and attentive in-store experience for every guest
- Assist with sales, merchandising, and keeping the shop floor styled and organized
- Capture photo and video content in-store (products, displays, behind-the-scenes moments)
- Assist with Instagram content creation (Reels, Stories, posts)
- Help maintain brand consistency and aesthetic across content
- Stay engaged and proactive during slower traffic periods
What We’re Looking For:
- Retail or customer service experience
- Proven social media experience (please include examples or portfolio)
- Strong eye for styling, detail, and visual storytelling
- Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Availability for weekends and closing shifts (non-negotiable)
Bonus If You:
- Have experience with content planning or scheduling
- Are familiar with Instagram trends, Reels, and basic editing
- Love home, antiques, and thoughtfully curated spaces
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and work on concrete/tile floors for 4–6 hour shifts
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
