Retail Associate/Customer Service

Job requires heavy lifting of 5 gallon paint cans. Please be physically able to do this when you apply for this position. Answering phones, customer service, running a cash register, store custodial maintenance, mixing and tinting paint, filing contractor jobs, paint delivery to contractor jobs, current driver license required, etc. Prefer drug and smoke free.

Work hours are Monday thru Fri from 7 am to 5 pm with Thurs off, Sat afternoons and Sundays off. Saturday working hours are 8 am to noon. Major holidays are closed with pay. 1 week paid vacation yearly. Each employee works half day Saturdays and 4 full weekdays for a total of 40 hours.

Summary

As a Retail Associate/Customer Service representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer experiences while managing retail operations. Your core skills in stocking, cash handling, and basic math will support efficient store management, while your strong communication abilities will enhance customer interactions. You will also leverage premium skills such as product demonstrations and merchandising to drive sales. Additionally, the role requires heavy lifting and a valid driver's license, ensuring you can assist with inventory and store logistics effectively.
