About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Member to join our team at our new store opening at The Cooper Hotel. As Sales Member, you will support both the FOH and BOH responsibilities to ensure a high level of efficiency and effectiveness is achieved by the stock team as well as operational systems that the sales team leverages on a daily basis. You will function as a support within the business. You will ensure the client experience comes first and that every process is built or executed with client service in mind.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to BOH systems that streamline process to allow FOH team to assist clients efficiently and effectively.

• Work with team to ensure stock room is organized and effective for flow.

• Ensure all necessary supplies remain in stock and in filled throughout the store.

• Perform as a team-player participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.

• Ensure inventory is accurately accounted for daily.

• Assist on the sales floor, providing support to the sales team.

• Contribute to BOH in organization of inventory tasks.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education/Experience:

• 1-2 Years previous retail stock/operations experience, luxury RTW experience preferred

• Strong Computer skills

• Organized & ability to multi-task

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays
