Role Overview

The Retail Banking Director will be responsible for leading retail banking operations, managing branch performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to align retail banking services with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage retail banking operations across branches.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow customer base and enhance profitability.
• Oversee product development and ensure alignment with market needs.
• Monitor branch performance, KPIs, and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and operations teams to deliver seamless services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide retail banking staff to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in retail banking, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing retail banking operations in large financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products, customer service, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to RO3,800.000 per month
