Retail boutique manager

Job Overview

Duties

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory control, merchandising, customer service and outreach to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Handle POS systems management, website sales, social media presentations, boutique memberships and more.
• Implement marketing initiatives, and merchandising plans to maximize sales potential and enhance store presentation.
• Conduct periodic in store parties and events
• Utilize strong communication skills to ensure excellent customer interactions while maintaining phone etiquette and professional demeanor at all times.

Experience

• Proven management experience in retail fashion setting.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory management, bookkeeping, and cash handling.
• Excellent fashion sense.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
