Overview

Ketchup Please is an organic, no-added-sugar condiment company based in Oconomowoc, WI. Founded in 2019 as an FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) project at Kettle Moraine High School after co-founder Evan Lampsa underwent open-heart surgery to repair a congenital defect, Ketchup Please is on a mission to foster a healthier and happier America, one bottle at a time.

We’re seeking energetic, outgoing, sales-oriented individuals to serve as Retail Brand Ambassadors in the Milwaukee, WI area. You’ll represent a fast-growing local brand while conducting in-store sampling events at retailers such as Sendik's Food Market, Metcalfe's, Outpost Natural Foods, Piggly Wiggly, Woodman's, and Meijer.

Essential Functions

• Build awareness of Ketchup Please’s organic, no-added-sugar condiments by engaging shoppers through product sampling.
• Communicate product features clearly, enthusiastically, and accurately.
• Keep sampling station neat, clean, and compliant with food safety standards at all times.
• Support special projects or additional demo-related activities as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Prior sampling or food-prep experience is helpful but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to multiple retail locations in the Milwaukee area.
• Ability to transport and set up demo materials (folding table, utensils, signage, sample trays, etc.).
• Must exhibit strong communication skills, professionalism, and enthusiasm for representing a local Wisconsin brand.
• Must follow all food safety, handwashing, and sanitation procedures.
• Must possess an internet-enabled mobile phone for communication and reporting.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the duration of a demo (typically 3–4 hours).
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift items as needed.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Working Conditions

• Demo shifts are typically 3–4 hours and schedules are set at least 2 weeks in advance.
• All sampling materials (table, utensils, signage, demo supplies, etc.) will be provided by Ketchup Please.
• Team members are compensated for training.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $32.00 per hour
