Role & Responsibilities

Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using POS systems, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.

Provide friendly, professional customer service—answering questions, resolving minor complaints, and directing customers to products or staff.

Count and reconcile cash drawer at start and end of shift; report discrepancies to supervisors.

Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and assist with basic stock replenishment as needed.

Follow company policies on returns, discounts, and promotional offers to ensure compliance and reduce loss.

Report any suspicious behavior or security concerns to management promptly.
