Retail Clerk

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Convenience Store Workers/Retail Clerks, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming shopping experience for every customer. This role requires weekend availability and is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, with responsibilities including delivering excellent customer service, accurately handling transactions, assisting customers with their needs, promoting products, and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.

Duties

• Greet customers and provide excellent service
• Operate the cash register (cash, card, and mobile payments)
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays
• Keep the store clean and organized
• Receive and organize deliveries
• Check IDs for age-restricted purchases (alcohol, tobacco, etc.)
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues
• Follow store safety and security procedures
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older
• Weekend availability is required (Saturday & Sunday)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Retail experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
