Job Opening: CRC-Convenience Retail Coach
Location: Karachi
Pay: 70,000.00 (PKR) - 90,000.00 (PKR) per month

We are looking for energetic, self-motivation, and initiative CRC-Convenience Retail Coach to join the team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Requirements:

• Previous experience preferred in an FMCG distribution and/ or retail environment.
• Experience with retail management systems and inventory control software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of energy, self-motivation, and initiative.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations of Petro Mart stores to ensure smooth business performance and compliance with operational SOPs, brand standards, and food safety requirements
• Conduct operational, merchandising, and food safety audits to evaluate store performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement merchandising strategies, store layouts, and product planograms to maximize sales, profitability, and customer engagement.
• Monitor sales, category performance, inventory levels, stock ordering, seasonal forecasting, FIFO implementation, and warehouse arrangements to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
• Lead customer service initiatives while training, mentoring, and developing store staff, cashiers, and managers through onboarding and operational coaching.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards, staff performance, maintenance, and operational compliance.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, sales initiatives, suppliers, and retailers to support revenue growth and uninterrupted store operations.
• Support digital and operational improvement initiatives and prepare operational reports, sales analysis, audit findings, and stock performance reports for management review.
