The Retail Delivery Executive to manage retail fit-out projects within a mixed use development. The role involves tenant coordination, design review, authority approval, project delivery, and handover, ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage retail fit-out projects from the leasing to fit-out delivery and store opening.
- Review architectural, interior, and MEP submissions with tenants, consultants, and internal technical department.
- Coordinate tenants throughout the fit-out process and delivery.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, consultants, and management.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
- Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Resolve technical and fit-out -related issues on site and drawings.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements (Municipality, QCDD, Kahrama, MOI) and development standards.
- Review and prepare LOD, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retail fit-out or mixed-use development projects.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architecture, interior fit-out, and MEP systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to review architectural and MEP drawings, specifications, and fit-out documentation.
