Retail Delivery Executive

The Retail Delivery Executive to manage retail fit-out projects within a mixed use development. The role involves tenant coordination, design review, authority approval, project delivery, and handover, ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retail fit-out projects from the leasing to fit-out delivery and store opening.
• Review architectural, interior, and MEP submissions with tenants, consultants, and internal technical department.
• Coordinate tenants throughout the fit-out process and delivery.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, consultants, and management.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
• Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Resolve technical and fit-out -related issues on site and drawings.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements (Municipality, QCDD, Kahrama, MOI) and development standards.
• Review and prepare LOD, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in retail fit-out or mixed-use development projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, interior fit-out, and MEP systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to review architectural and MEP drawings, specifications, and fit-out documentation.
