Retail Facilities Assistant (Full-Time)

Description:

The person in this position will assist the Retail Construction and Facilities team in coordinating the maintenance, safety, and security programs, as well as procurement of assets and supplies needed for our operations. This person will also assist at various levels during new-store construction, renovations, general maintenance, and special projects.

• Procurement of assets and supplies for our facilities.
• Creation, retention, and organization of documents.
• Initiate and manage property insurance claims for our facilities.
• Help coordinate, track, and execute annual store budget requests.
• Follow up on store service requests.
• Perform additional duties as may be assigned or required.
