Retail / Fulfillment Associate

Metro School Uniforms is a growing school uniform business located in Dorchester, MA, and we are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team for the summer and fall seasons.

Positions Available

• Online Order Fulfillment
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain organization and inventory accuracy
• Printing Associate
• Assist with printing school logos on uniforms
• Ensure quality standards and attention to detail
• Customer Service Representative
• Assist customers in person.
• Answer questions and resolve issues professionally
• Help customers find the correct uniform items and sizes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Good basic computer skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Retail, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Friendly and supportive work environment
