Retail Fulfillment Specialist – USA Company (Lahore Office based - Night Timings)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Fulfillment Specialist to oversee the order-to-delivery process for our retail partners. The role ensures timely and accurate fulfillment of purchase orders, compliance with retailer requirements, and smooth coordination across internal and external teams.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in retail operations, logistics, and compliance with vendor manuals/routing guides, and thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process for retail accounts (e.g., DSG, Scheels, Academy).
• Ensure full compliance with retailer routing guides, packaging, labeling, and shipping standards.
• Create and manage Advanced Shipment Notifications (ASNs) and other EDI transactions.
• Coordinate with warehouses, 3PLs, and carriers to schedule pickups/deliveries within deadlines.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to shortages, chargebacks, late shipments, or compliance violations.
• Track and analyze key fulfillment metrics (fill rates, OTIF, on-time delivery, chargebacks) and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to optimize retail supply chain workflows.
• Stay updated on retailer compliance requirements and communicate changes internally.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain trackers and records of all goods movement.

Success Metrics

• 98%+ on-time delivery rate.
• Maintain OTIF (On Time In Full) above retailer benchmarks.
• Reduce chargebacks and compliance violations by 20%.
• Ensure 100% compliance with routing guides and retailer manuals.
• Improve order accuracy and fill rates by 10%.
