Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Gold Sales Executive to join our Abu Dhabi showroom. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE market experience in retail gold sales and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and product knowledge
• Sell gold jewellery and related products in line with company standards
• Explain gold purity, weight, making charges, and pricing clearly to customers
• Build long-term customer relationships and maintain repeat clientele
• Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets
• Handle billing, invoicing, and POS transactions accurately
• Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and security of jewellery items
• Stay updated on gold rates, promotions, and new collections
• Follow company policies, UAE regulations, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of mandatory experience in retail gold jewellery sales within the UAE
• Proven experience in UAE jewellery showrooms (gold retail is essential)
• Strong understanding of UAE gold market practices and customer preferences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and peak sales periods
• Honest, well-groomed, and customer-focused attitude

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of bullion and gold coins is an advantage
• Multilingual skills (Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Urdu, or Tamil) are a plus
• Experience with POS systems and jewellery billing software
