THE RETAIL FRONTIER

Located in the premier Al-Fanar Complex, Twenty One Mode Tech requires a Retail IT Manager to oversee the technological infrastructure of our high-end fashion operations. You are responsible for the seamless intersection of digital systems and physical retail, ensuring that every touchpoint—from the Point of Sale to the customer Wi-Fi—operates at peak efficiency.

SYSTEM ECOSYSTEM

• POS & Payment Integrity: Manage and troubleshoot the high-volume Point of Sale (POS) architecture to ensure zero downtime during peak Salmiya shopping hours.
• Omnichannel Integration: Synchronize the physical inventory at Al-Fanar with our e-commerce platforms, maintaining a real-time "single view of stock" across all channels.
• Customer Experience Tech: Deploy and maintain in-store digital signage, mobile payment solutions, and CRM-linked loyalty kiosks to enhance the premium shopping experience.
• Local Network Resilience: Guarantee the security and stability of the in-store fiber and wireless networks, protecting both corporate data and guest access.

THE MANAGER’S SPECIFICATION

• Industry Tenure: 6+ years in IT management, specifically within the retail, luxury, or hospitality sectors.
• Skill Matrix: Deep expertise in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics/Oracle Retail), POS software, and cloud-based inventory management.
• Linguistic Caliber: C2 English proficiency is mandatory for high-level vendor management and internal strategy meetings.
• Visual Knowledge Transfer: You will utilize Loom to record "System Recovery Protocols" and staff training modules, ensuring the retail team can solve minor tech issues without on-site assistance.
