Retail Manager

Al Mazaya Readymade Garments, established in 1994, is a well-established retail store offering multiple international brands under one roof. Our product range includes men’s sports shoes, T-shirts, shirts, perfumes, belts, and women’s gymwear. With the recent launch of our new branch, we are expanding our operations. We are based in Sharjah.

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager with strong GCC retail background to lead our store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and staff supervision
• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets
• Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards
• Train and lead the sales team
• Maintain store presentation and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years GCC retail management experience (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in branded garments / footwear retail preferred
• Age: 28–40 years
• Professional, organized, and result-oriented
• Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
• Candidates with their own visa will be given priority

Salary:

AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month
